AI Resilience – What Defines the Most Successful Companies in the Future
Right now we are in the early stage of AI investment. The Mag 7 are the beneficiaries and the hyperscalers and software companies are the biggest spenders as we all know. Over time, however, the real winners will be the dominant companies in their sectors that can adjust their companies to deploy AI effectively to support their business strategy and increase their efficiencies.
This is one of the reasons why we created our ClearSight AI toolset to help companies make that shift, to help them align their operations and businesses to this new paradigm so they can scale more effectively. Personally at IHL, we are seing 27x-55x more productivity in some areas than just two months ago using these AI tools ourselves.
But what happens when the Fortune 500 fully takes advantage of this technology? Particularly the other 493 that are not the Mag 7? How do these companies rank on Resilience and future success? Who is most likely to be disrupted, who is least likely, show should you invest in perhaps. That was the genesis of this research. How do you define it and rank companies?
This analysis combines several factors. offline assets, online assets, defensibility, vulnerability and then AI Readiness (Get the IHL Readiness Ratings for retail and hospitality for free here). The result of this is the AI Resilience Ranking.
I can’t take full credit for this idea. The idea came from Chamath Palihapitiya from the All-In podcast this week.
Just like the internet, there were a lot of companies that made money on the internet, those are household names. But millions more learned to leverage the internet over time. That is the point of this analysis, to help you personally look at that opportuniity for investment purposes. I did this for myself and our family, but just sharing with all of our subscribers and followers.

This analysis ONLY takes into consideration these inputs. It does not factor in things like lawsuits or other market forces. So tread appropriately.
