Data collected on IHL managed websites is used for business to business marketing activities. Data is either obtained directly from individuals or from vendors.  IHL requires the establishment of data categories for all data received from vendors.

Through our IHL website (www.ihlservices.com) we collect data on people who want to be added to our mailing lists for newsletters and product announcements.  Our sites are not intended for, or designed to attract, individuals under the age of 18. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is an individual under the age of 18 without explicit parental or guardian consent.

Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place certain physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard the information we collect online. Your data is removed from our systems after 9 months of inactivity or under request.  There are some circumstances that could require your data be kept longer than a year but no more than five (5) years depending on the activity in our system.

IHL utilizes a self-assessment approach to assure compliance with this privacy policy and periodically verifies that the policy is accurate, comprehensive for the information intended to be covered, prominently displayed, completely implemented and accessible and in conformity with the principles. We encourage interested persons to raise any concerns using the contact information provided and we will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the principles.

Your Rights

You can request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect via email to privacy@ihlservices.com Once your identity is verified, we will process your request within 45 days. If we are unable to process your request within 45 days, we will tell you when we are able to provide access. In the unlikely event that we are unable to grant you access, we will explain why we cannot do so.
