We provide a customized list of approximately 10,000+ likely attendees (verified in the last month). All information can be sent electronically and used multiple times.

Can I use the names multiple times?
Yes, we do not put a use limit on the lists. Once you purchase the list, you own it for use as often as you wish. For our Fair Use agreement, please see the Pricing Tab.
What is the format?
All lists will be delivered in Microsoft Excel format.
How many names are in the spreadsheet?
We pull from an overall list of over 150,000 confirmed retail contacts, and provide to you the 11,000+ personnel most likely to be attending NRF, with their name, address, and email contacts.
Are these opt-in emails?
Some are but most are not. This is a list pulled together from other trade events, our own research and many other partnerships.
Are these names Verified?
We have verified every email in the list in 45 days. People leave all the time though so there will be bounces but we have spent a great deal of time and effort to make sure this list is as clean as it can be for you. Most customers see well less than a 10% bounce rate.

Our mailing lists are charged at $0.40 a name, which for 3,500 names would normally list at $1,400. We are offering this targeted list as a special price of $1,795, which is less than $0.17 per contact, helping your trade show dollars go further. All lists are yours to use as often as you wish. You are not renting a list, you would own it according to the agreement outlined below. We don’t play games with renting lists. IHL Group License and Fair Use Agreement
All of IHL Group’s generally available research are electronic licenses and can be shared freely within the purchasing organization and wholly owned subsidiaries. We only ask that this information not be shared with partners or others outside the purchasing company without authorization from IHL Group. The license does not extend to joint ventures or other partnerships. If the relationship is not a wholly-owned subsidiary, then both parties would need a license.
Practically, this implies the following:
- The purchasing company can use the data and research worldwide internally as long as the international organizations are wholly owned subsidiaries of the purchasing company.
- The data or any research cannot be distributed in whole or in part to partners or customers without express written approval from IHL Group.
- The purchasing company may quote components of the data (limited use) in presentations to customers such as specific charts. This is limited to percentage components, not individual unit information. Unit data cannot be shared externally without express written approval from IHL Group. All references to the data in presentations should include credit to IHL Group for the data.
- The purchasing company can reference qualitative quotes in printed material with written approval from IHL Group.
- All requests requiring written approval should be submitted to ihl(at)ihlservices.com and will be reviewed within one business day.
